The victim immediately contacted the Police Emergency Response Service (E-999), triggering a coordinated operation led by officers from the Operations Command Centre. Police intercepted the suspects' vehicle along Fireburn Road, Freeport, where both men were detained within 12 minutes of the robbery. Officers recovered all stolen items and seized an illegal firearm during the operation. The investigation involved officers from the CDGIU, CDTF, CDOPS, Highway Patrol Unit, Freeport Police and Longdenville Police, with investigations ongoing.
