A man was robbed at gunpoint while walking along a pathway between Rose Avenue and Orchid Street in Macoya on Wednesday afternoon at approximately 1:30 p.m. The suspect approached the victim armed with a black firearm, announced a robbery, and demanded valuables. Fearing for his safety, the victim handed over TT$98 in cash. The suspect then fled on foot in a southerly direction along the same pathway. He was described as approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, slimly built, with braided hair, wearing a white short-sleeved jersey, a black bucket hat, and dark blue three-quarter pants. Police are investigating the incident; no arrests have been made.
