During police roadblock operations between 6:05 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, officers from the Western Division recovered a white Nissan NP300 vehicle abandoned at Farm Road, Cocorite. A .45 calibre pistol with four rounds of ammunition and a mask were found nearby. Officers also recovered a gold Nissan Almera containing alcohol, cigarettes, and cash believed to be from the robbery. Two suspects—a 20-year-old from Diego Martin and a 22-year-old from Laventille—were arrested following a brief foot chase.
