A Venezuelan national (Sivedre) was hacked to death in San Fernando on Sunday morning before 6 AM. The incident began with an altercation between the victim and a group of men at a bar along Cipero Street, which escalated and continued a few streets away to a residential property on the corner of Imrie and Rigsby Streets. The victim died at the scene. Blood stains were splattered on the ground and walls of the house, indicating a violent struggle. Officers of the Homicide Bureau Region 3 are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death and searching for the perpetrators.
