San FernandoArsonists Torch Three Vehicles Outside Union Hall Home

Union Hall, San Fernando

Three vehicles parked outside a Union Hall home in San Fernando were deliberately set ablaze around 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, causing extensive damage to a black Audi A6, an Isuzu D-Max, and a Nissan Laurel. The homeowner was alerted by a neighbour and discovered the vehicles engulfed in flames; fire officers from Mon Repos Fire Station responded and extinguished the blaze. CCTV footage showed two young men climbing over the back fence and dousing the vehicles with a flammable liquid before igniting them; one suspect appeared to have been burned during the attack before both fled the scene. The vehicle owner stated he has no known disputes or conflicts with anyone and was shocked by the targeted nature of the attack. Crime Scene Investigators are expected to examine the scene as police continue their investigation into the suspected arson.
