Clerical Assistant Robbed by Three Men (32)

10th Avenue, Barataria, San Juan, San Juan - Laventille

A 32-year-old clerical assistant employed by the University was robbed on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at approximately 1:30 PM while walking along 10th Avenue in Barataria. Three men, one of whom was masked and two of African descent, approached the victim armed with Chinese choppers and forcibly took $3,400 in cash (TTD), three gold bracelets, and a gold chain. The suspects then fled the scene in a black Nissan Note. Police are investigating the incident and searching for the perpetrators.
