Diego Martin man gunned down inside Barataria home (Rivaldo Pierre)

10th Street, Barataria, San Juan, San Juan - Laventille

Rivaldo Pierre, a resident of Gilkes Street Four Roads in Diego Martin, was shot and killed inside a house on 10th Street in Barataria on Sunday, March 1, 2026. The fatal shooting occurred during the daytime hours, with the victim found at the residential location. Pierre was identified by police following the discovery of his body at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the killing remain under investigation. Officers from the North Eastern Division and investigators from the Region 2 Homicide Bureau of Investigations are conducting enquiries into the incident. The scene has been secured and processing is ongoing as authorities work to determine the motive and identify suspects.
