Church burgled in Mt. St George, Tobago; electronics and cash stolen

Back Street Mt. St George, Hope Fountain of Life Ministries, Tobago

Hope Fountain of Life Ministries on Back Street Mt. St George, Tobago was broken into overnight between Sunday, March 15 and Monday, March 16, 2026. A custodian had secured the church around midday on Sunday after checking all doors and windows. At approximately 5:00 a.m. on Monday, the custodian discovered a window on the southern side had been broken. A silver HP laptop valued at TT$3,500, two hampers worth TT$300 combined, an empty cash pan, and a brown wooden donation box containing TT$300 were reported missing. Police are investigating the incident.
