He drove her to a forested area off Dam Road, Mt St George, where he assaulted her and threatened her with a cutlass before driving her home. The victim reported the incident to police. The officer was arrested in Tobago on Wednesday and charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, and common assault. He appeared before the Tobago Assizes.
