Man fatally stabbed by common-law wife during argument (Kerron Phillip)

Diamond Village, Claxton Bay, Couva - Tabaquite - Talparo

Kerron Phillip was fatally stabbed by his common-law wife during a domestic dispute at their home in Diamond Village, Claxton Bay on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025 in the early morning hours. The couple began arguing over noise coming from a fan inside the home, and the dispute escalated into violence. The woman allegedly stabbed Phillip during the altercation, resulting in his death. The couple were in a common-law relationship and shared the residence. Police responded to the incident and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal stabbing.
