Outside The Chill Bar and Lounge, Hill Piece Road, Philippine, San Fernando

Hollis Anthony Koylass, 35, of Hill Piece Road, Philippine, San Fernando, was shot dead in a drive-by attack outside The Chill Bar and Lounge late Friday night, May 23, 2026, shortly before midnight. Gunmen opened fire from a passing vehicle, striking Koylass multiple times as patrons and residents scrambled for cover. Koylass collapsed at the scene and was pronounced dead at the location. Police from the San Fernando district responded, cordoned off the area, and processed the crime scene to collect evidence. The motive for the killing remains unclear and investigations are ongoing.
