SipariaNicholas 'Bago' Mark Fatally Stabbed During Birthday Party Dispute

Taylor Avenue, Quinam Road, Siparia

Nicholas Mark, also known as 'Bago', of Tobago was fatally stabbed on Taylor Avenue, Quinam Road, Siparia early Friday morning, June 19, during a birthday celebration on the roadway. A confrontation between Mark and Osei Packet, 39, also known as 'Danqua', escalated into violence when Packet allegedly stabbed Mark, leaving him fatally injured. Mark was located by police approximately 500 feet from the initial confrontation site and was declared dead at the scene. The Siparia Criminal Investigations Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the stabbing and the subsequent shooting death of Packet.
