Four masked men armed with a gun and knives stormed a home on Mandingo Road, Lengua, Princes Town around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, and stole property valued at more than $40,000 from two residents aged 51 and 21. The intruders entered through an open window and confronted the residents in separate rooms. One victim was struck and restrained with electrical cords, while the second was dragged to the floor and tied up with the same restraints. The suspects ransacked the house, stealing mobile phones, televisions, a PlayStation console, gold jewellery, electronics, tools, clothing, alcohol, and an air rifle before fleeing through a southern door on foot. The victims freed themselves and reported the incident at Princes Town Police Station. Police are investigating the home invasion and robbery; no arrests have been made.
