Two storage units at Tyco Farm Ltd in Couva were broken into in the early hours of Thursday, 12th March 2026. The compound's watchman had secured the units at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday and was alerted to unusual sounds around 3:00 a.m.; CCTV footage showed five individuals moving across the compound. One unit had a hole in its wall while another had a window left open. Electronics and appliances including a television, microwave, iPad, and kettle were reported missing. Police are investigating and enquiries are ongoing.
