An air-conditioning condenser and copper piping valued at $13,000 were stolen from the Curepe Better Living Tabernacle of Seventh-day Adventists Church located at the corner of Broome Street and Havelock Street. A technician arrived around 11 a.m. on March 11 to service the air-conditioning units and discovered that one condenser on the northern side of the building was missing and copper pipes from the roof units had been removed. The church owner confirmed that the condenser and copper piping were missing and that no one had been authorized to remove them. Police investigations are ongoing.
