A 75-year-old pensioner from Morvant was robbed of $1,500 at gunpoint at the corner of Queen and Nelson Streets, Port of Spain on Monday morning, June 29, 2026 around 10:30 a.m. A group of armed men approached the victim, with one suspect brandishing a firearm and announcing the robbery before taking the cash. The suspects then fled into the Nelson Street Plannings area. PC Moodnarine is continuing investigations into the incident; no arrests have been made.
