A 22-year-old man was robbed of a gold bracelet on Carlsen Field Road near the NEC Centre on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at approximately 1:50 p.m. The victim was lured into a gold Nissan Tiida parked along the road under the pretense of completing a gold bracelet sale with a man he knew. Once inside the vehicle, the front-seat passenger produced what appeared to be a firearm and announced a robbery. The victim was forced to hand over the gold bracelet and was then ordered out of the vehicle. The suspects fled east along Carlsen Field Road in the vehicle. Police enquiries are ongoing; no arrests have been made.
