Two masked men, one armed with a firearm, entered the guard booth at Coosal's Concrete Plant at Clear Waters Compound in Beetham Gardens around 3:40 a.m. on July 14, 2026. The security officers on duty were locked inside the booth and held against their will for approximately 20 minutes while the suspects stole a quantity of black cable from the compound. Acting on intelligence, police located a silver Nissan AD Wagon (registration PBL 6779) parked in Sea Lots and recovered the stolen cable from the vehicle. Two suspects were arrested following the recovery. The vehicle and recovered property were seized and taken to the Besson Street Police Station.
