A box containing approximately $6,000 worth of copper cables was stolen from a restaurant at the Movietowne complex at Invaders Bay around 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. The suspect was dressed in black at the time of the theft. Police are investigating the incident as part of ongoing efforts to combat the illegal trade in stolen copper and electrical infrastructure.
