A 39-year-old woman's home in Layan Hill, Belmont was damaged when a man known to her hurled refrigerant tanks at the property around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. The suspect shouted obscene language from the roadway before throwing several refrigerant tanks at the house, shattering a bedroom window and destroying a 40-inch television valued at TT$1,400. The man fled the scene in the direction of Boissierre Lane before police arrived. Investigations are ongoing; no arrests have been made.
