Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church in San Fernando was broken into early Saturday morning, July 19, 2026, just a short distance from the San Fernando Police Station. Intruders smashed a window to gain entry and tampered with the church's collection area before leaving through a side door. Despite the damage caused, no cash or valuables were stolen from the premises. Church services were temporarily moved while crime scene investigators examined the building; activities resumed after police completed their investigations. Officers are reviewing CCTV footage as enquiries continue into the incident.
