Vendor Kennedy Brown, 39, of Stanleyville, was attacked with cutlasses near Stanleyville junction in Ste Madeleine around 8:30 p.m. on April 23rd after a dispute escalated. Brown was walking home when he was initially attacked by a dog and attempted to speak with the animal's owner, identified as Daniel, and his father, Chiney, when an argument broke out. Both men allegedly chopped Brown multiple times about the body, causing a fractured skull. Emergency Health Services transported him to San Fernando General Hospital where he was admitted in serious condition. Police have launched a search for the suspects, who remain at large as investigations continue.
